Group Sizing
A group generally consists of a minimum of 10-20 people and varies for each event. A group can be made of anyone - including friends or family gathering for a night out, business associates, schools, youth groups, military groups, senior organizations, clubs, daycare centers, etc.
Ordering Process
If you are responsible for ordering Group Tickets for your group, simply follow these simple steps:
1. Select your event from the listing above.
2. Decide what pricing level and section of the theater you’d like your group to sit in. You will be given the best available seating at the time of order/reservation.
3. Fill out the webform attached to the show of your choice and a member of the Capital One Hall Box Office Team will be in touch with you to process your order. You can also email Boxoffice@capitalonehall directly with information from 1 &2. A member from the Capital One Hall Box Office will call to verify your order and collect payment.
4. Pay in-full with a credit card over the phone through The Capital One Hall Box Office.
